    First and last name, Email, Phone number.
  • Why do we treat them?
    The treatment is based on the consent of the person concerned to respond to his requests for information and clarifications on the services of the data controller.
  • What happens if we can't process the data?
    Failure to provide data makes it impossible to forward requests and response to interested parties.
  • How long do we treat them?
    The data are processed for the time necessary to respond to requests for information and contact.

2. HOW IS PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

The data collected are mainly processed with computer tools. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The Data Controller collects personal data by means of special contact forms or they are forwarded to the Data Controller by e-mail.

The Owner sends e-mail messages to users who have given consent through a newsletter management service.
For the newsletter service and the sending of commercial and advertising proposals, we use the Mailchimp service to send e-mail messages.

Personal data are mainly processed within the territory of the European Union.

3. WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data are processed by specially trained internal subjects authorized to process them, who will in any case be bound to professional secrecy and maximum confidentiality on the same.
Personal data are processed by companies that take care of updating and maintenance of the website, or that provide other services to the Data Controller, formally designated as responsible for processing personal data and bound to compliance with technical and organizational security measures that ensure the protection of personal data.

    The interested party may obtain confirmation that personal data concerning him are being processed, and obtain more information on the processing and a copy of personal data.
  • The rectification of personal data
    The person concerned may request rectification to ensure the correctness of the personal data processed.
  • The cancellation of personal data
    The interested party may obtain the cancellation of personal data in the cases referred to in Art. 17 GDPR.
    The interested party has the right to obtain the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law pursuant to art. 7 D.Lgs. 196/2003.
  • The limitation of the treatment that concerns him
    The data subject may request that the processing be limited by objecting to the erasure in so far as it is necessary for the exercise or defence of a right in court.
